Vision
Our vision is to provide programming for youth, housing for families, transition programs for underprivileged youths and adults, and facilities for senior citizens that will positively benefit the Brightmoor Community. This programming will have a gainful, lasting effect and will help empower the community. We strive to create social improvement, health awareness, character education, academic excellence, recreational and community outreach programs. It is our vision to provide opportunities that this community would not otherwise have.
Mission Statement
Citadel Community Development offers services and engages in activities that promote and support the Brightmoor Community. We bring holistic revitalization to the lives and environments of Brightmoor, providing informative health and wellness resources, educational enrichment, community advocacy, and economic development.
